Is it normal that when im older i wont let my kids have dolls

If I were you, I would work really hard to get over that fear before having kids so that you're a good role model and do not instill your fear on your children. But that is just me.

Dolls have always creeped me out as well. But, after having my daughter, I grew out of it, and allowed her to have dolls. Strangely, when I was a little girl, I loved dolls, but I began to become frightened of them after waking up with one of them staring in my face, when, to this day, I do not know how she got off of my dresser, and into my bed. Creepy!

It depends on the age of the kids as to if you let them have dolls. My mom let me play with dolls until I was 12 and then I developed other interests anyway. As far as stuffed animals, even adults love them.

Do not worry about it. I swear there are moms who wo not let their kids watch tv or use microwaves. So since you're okay with stuffed animals, it really should not be a problem. Anyhow, when the kids are older and want dolls of their own, then maybe you will be more open to the idea. But I would advise to not let them play with dolls in stores, because they will want to take them home. Good luck!

Yea its normal some people just dontlike certain things..but what will happen if they want them and you say no because they creep you out.do you want to be on of those weird moms your kid is friends will laugh at?
